Summary: The Videographer role encompasses both content capture and post-production, supporting the overall strategic and creative vision of the marketing department and Club. Duties will be split between filming and editing based on workload and seasonal calendar of projects. Responsibilities include the following. Capture content in studio, on location and in-game (from game action to ballpark experience). Set up camera, lighting, grip and audio equipment for video shoots. Leverage lighting, camera movement, composition, etc. to advance storytelling. Prepare selects and b-roll packages after every shoot. Edit content in different styles ranging from high-energy hype to promotional and documentary storytelling. Edit, design and mix audio. Color correct and grade footage. Collaborate with motion graphic designers to integrate animation and VFX. Curate music in a number of genres. Work with Director of Video, Senior Videographer Creative Lead, and Digital team on creative direction and timelines. Organize, catalogue, and manage video equipment Concept new ideas while working within the general parameters of a creative brief. Log metadata and manage catalog of digital footage and assets. Encode and share files for use across numerous platforms. Occasional flexibility in schedule to provide game coverage support for our digital team (most often will adhere to regular M-F schedule).
