A Day in the Life as a Video Teller: You'll connect with members through virtual channels, including video, chat, phone, email, and secure messaging delivering friendly and personalized service while assisting with account questions and resolving issues. Throughout the day, you'll process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. You'll identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services, maintain detailed records of interactions, and partner with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns. You'll also stay up to date through ongoing training and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding goals related to accuracy and member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Comfortable with numbers and using basic computer systems
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to reliability
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • A friendly, team-focused attitude with a desire to learn
