By emphasizing ONE Park, ONE Mission, One Team, the Interactive Services MSR provides essential support to members by handling their financial transactions and inquiries through remote service channels. This role involves assisting members with various financial needs, processing transactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services, and ensuring compliance with credit union policies. The Interactive Services MSR also addresses member concerns, provides guidance on digital services, and ensures a smooth, efficient service experience through remote channels. This position is in office, but will be eligible to receive 25 Flex days that would allow working remotely.
