About The Position

Bowhead seeks a Lead Video Teleconferencing Center (VTC) Facilitator to support the Visual Information Support Services (VISS) program in Orlando, FL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or other related field from an accredited university. Four additional years of relevant experience to that required above, may substitute for the college degree.
• Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience operating a VTC in the Defense Commercial Telecommunications Network (DCTN) community or equivalent, (preferably with two years of experience using the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) Video Services II.)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
• Must currently have an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide VI products and services and training of staff.
• Provide advice and assistance on current VI materials, methods, equipment and facilities available to Government users.
