The Video Evidence Processor will process videos submitted by the investigative staff and duplicate videotape evidence obtained during a possible fraudulent disability, liability or workers’ compensation claim on behalf of insurance companies, government entities, defense attorneys and third-party administrators (TPAs). The Video Evidence Processor is responsible for compiling and archiving video evidence to be used in court proceedings, as well as preparing daily video highlight reels for customers. The Video Evidence Processor is expected to maintain the flow of evidence through the office, backup video data, and update sensitive information on a daily basis. Additionally, the Video Evidence Processor will help edit written reports submitted by the investigative staff and enter customer referrals into the company database as needed.
