Job Title: Video Editor Job Summary: Bring stories to life within each brands unique DNA, using produced content. Primary Responsibilities: Creatively edit video files and execute graphic layouts from either from storyboards, meetings, or edit sessions with the director to support brand and product initiatives, campaigns and sales promotions. Color correction and sound design as needed Ability to lead presentation meetings with articulate understanding and explanation of the strategy, identify needs, provide solutions and recommendations with cross-functional teams. Archive file management of raw footage/layered working files to keep it organized and accessible to all other editors and department heads. Must work as a team player to instill trust and facilitate a good working environment with the creative team. Have a positive attitude, work well under pressure, problem solving skills, detail oriented, relationship skills and be able to prioritize and work efficiently in a fact paced environment. Process: Develop an understanding of all processes, brand standards, and products. Requirements: Must have 4-year degree in film or focus on video editing. Must be proficient editing with Adobe Premiere, experience with video compression and Photoshop. Working knowledge of the workflow of video production on set as well as on/off line editing. Must have good communication skills, take initiative and be self-motivated. Plus’s: Aftereffects a plus but not mandatory.
