The Video Editor plays a critical role in driving performance across paid media and owned social channels. This role is responsible for editing video and creating supporting assets used across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and organic social platforms. You will work closely with our in-house videographer, social strategist, and external content partners—receiving raw footage and assets to turn into high-performing ads and social content. This is a hands-on production role focused on execution and performance. There is no filming or camera work required—success in this role is about editing, design, speed, iteration, and visual storytelling. You will not only execute edits but also contribute to improving creative performance through pacing, structure, and visual enhancements such as motion graphics. We want someone who can leverage AI in the editing workflow when it makes sense to move faster, reduce repetitive tasks, and scale creative testing without compromising quality.
