About The Position

Wall Residences is seeking a Video & Digital Marketing Specialist. This full time, entry-level position will join our Admissions & Marketing Team to help spread the word about the person-centered services the Wall companies offer throughout Virginia, using dynamic communication across multiple formats and platforms.

You’ll manage and grow our existing social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and establish an appropriate company presence on new channels, always keeping an eye on what’s new and what’s next. Harness the power of groups and fan engagement to share our content to wider audiences.

Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

You’ll be a key member of our marketing team, serving as primary video content creator, assisting with maintenance of company websites, overseeing the social media presence of Wall Residences and Wall Therapeutic Solutions, and other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, film, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects), Canva, website content management systems (Craft, WordPress), and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling videos, both short and long form.
• Knowledge of analytics, algorithms, and ability to report on ROI of digital campaigns.
• Be a forward-thinking, growth minded content creator.
• Be a natural storyteller with a heart for people.
• Have a talent for expressing ideas and concepts through both words and images.
• Have demonstrated ability to capture emotion through both still and moving images.
• Be committed to diversity and inclusion.
• Be a self-motivated team player with a healthy respect for deadlines.
• Understand the importance of protecting brand standards and have the skills to do so.

• Active driver’s license with a good driving record
• Criminal background check with acceptable results
• Must be based in Virginia.
• Home office and internet access required.

• Internship or 1-2 years job experience preferred
• Experience creating animation for presentations/videos
• Google Ad Certified
