JOB PURPOSE: The Video Content Creator is responsible for producing short-form, engaging video content that educates customers, highlights collision repair services, and reinforces brand credibility across digital platforms. This role supports marketing and communication efforts by translating complex repair concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling tailored to a broad audience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify and communicate technical or complex topics effectively.
  • Working knowledge of video production equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Experience managing digital content libraries or content management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the collision repair or automotive industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, script, and produce 1–2 minute video content focused on collision repair services, repair processes, and industry tips and best practices.
  • Film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content optimized for multiple platforms, including social media channels and company websites.
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand standards, marketing strategies, and overall business objectives.
  • Manage backend content systems, including organizing, tagging, and maintaining video libraries for accessibility and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align video messaging with marketing campaigns and operational initiatives.
  • Utilize Champions Connect to expand content reach, leverage internal networks, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual quality across all video assets.
