Who We Are Seeking: We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and culturally responsive professional who is committed to supporting victims and families through advocacy, crisis response, and coordinated care. The Victim Services Advocate will work closely with individuals impacted by violence, abuse, and trauma, providing support, safety planning, and guidance in navigating complex systems including legal, child welfare, healthcare, and behavioral health services. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in sensitive and high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, collaborative, and dedicated to maintaining confidentiality while building trusting relationships with clients, partners, and the community.
