About The Position

Workforce Services (WS) is a dynamic and fast-paced area within the firm's Enterprise Technology & Services division. We are responsible for delivering high quality technology solutions and support functions to our internal end users. Our goal is to ensure end users across the firm can perform their job efficiently with minimal to no interruption. WS is seeking a Vice President responsible for overseeing a Global Outage Management team responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to service outages and incidents impacting Workforce Services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating resources for major service disruptions
  • Lead technical bridges ensuring effective collaboration across technical teams
  • Drive resolution efforts by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and escalating as needed
  • Provide timely, clear, and accurate updates to senior stakeholders during outages
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level summaries and post-incident reports
  • Collect and validate root cause analysis from technical teams
  • Develop reporting/dashboards to track performance and improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to incident management policies and escalation protocols
  • Drive standardization and automation opportunities within outage management processes
