Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/University degree
  • 8+ years of related experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Results oriented, deadline driven, and resourceful person who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • Independent worker / self-starter.
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of insurance industry is preferred; including STAT Accounting principles.
  • Experience managing teams located across multiple regions globally preferred.
  • Experience with Private Credit, Asset Based Finance, and Real Estate investments preferred.
  • Experience with Clearwater, Aladdin, PAM, Advent Geneva preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive successful onboarding of new and/or expanded client relationships, coordinate with clients to ensure smooth and successful new product/mandate launches, including onboarding and integration with service providers.
  • Daily management of the investment portfolios to ensure internal and external SLA’s are being met.
  • Represent the client to all internal stake holders such as Asset Allocation, Institutional Client Services, Deal Coordination, Global Transaction Management, Reconciliations, Portfolio Compliance, Risk, Finance etc.
  • Run the period end close process, collaborating with the client, internal stakeholders, and service providers.
  • Work with Technology team to develop, automate, and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and scope new reporting needs, and work closely with Technology team to build the required reporting infrastructure.
  • Serve as the senior-level escalation point for all matters within the client vertical, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Monitor the new product pipeline and deal pipelines, staying informed about upcoming projects and potential opportunities.
