You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging fraud risks and using your expert judgement to recommend solutions to real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities. As a CCB Trust and Security – Affluent Fraud Strategy – Vice President, you will be responsible for development of loss line trends, root cause analysis and strategy adjustments to minimize losses while focusing on optimal customer experience. You will engage closely with partners in risk and supported businesses to ensure fraud risks associated with new business initiatives are represented, understood and that adequate controls are in place. You will also be responsible for crafting executive management reporting through business reviews, Risk Operating Committee forums, risk committee forums, and routine regulatory engagements. Your work product will be shared with senior leaders across the firm, ranging from CEOs, CROs, to Operating Committee members. You will play a critical role in translating complex data insights into compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making and shape risk management strategies.
