About The Position

Enovix is seeking a Vice President, Worldwide Sales to lead global revenue growth and build a world-class commercial organization. This executive will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s global sales strategy, scaling a high-performance sales organization, and building strategic channel partnerships including distributors and ecosystem partners. This role is focused on strategic sales leadership, revenue growth, and channel development. The ideal candidate is a builder and leader with extensive experience scaling global sales organizations in complex, technology-driven B2B markets. Requirements

  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience in technology, semiconductor, battery, or related markets
  • Prior experience as Head of Sales or similar executive leadership role
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling global sales organizations across multiple regions
  • Experience developing and managing channel partnerships including distributors, ODMs, integrators, and ecosystem partners
  • Proven track record of delivering predictable revenue growth in complex B2B or OEM environments
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level with customers and partners
  • Experience selling complex technical products into OEMs or enterprise customers
  • Builder mindset with experience creating sales processes, infrastructure, compensation plans, and operating cadence
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence product, engineering, and marketing organizations
  • Well-established industry network across relevant ecosystems
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in both startup/high-growth and large-scale company environments strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver global revenue targets across all products and services
  • Develop and execute the company’s global sales strategy across direct sales, key accounts, and channel partners
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global sales organization across the Americas, Europe, and Asia
  • Establish and grow channel partnerships including distributors, ODMs, and ecosystem partners
  • Develop strategic account plans for key OEM customers and partners
  • Build predictable pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting processes
  • Drive executive-level customer engagement and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to drive demand generation and market positioning
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are reflected in product roadmaps
  • Implement scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, pricing strategy, and commercial frameworks
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top global sales talent
  • Establish sales compensation plans, performance metrics, and operating cadence
  • Provide revenue forecasts and strategic market insights to executive leadership
