You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The Vice President, Wealth Program Manager will be accountable for a portfolio of strategic initiatives spanning organizational, process, and overall Firm strategy focused entirely on the Wealth business. Additionally, the VP Wealth Program Manager will develop a three-year roadmap. They will also build a program of initiatives to accelerate HarbourVest’s digital transformation and grow the Wealth business. This will include assessing, measuring, and prioritizing business and operational processes to drive HarbourVest’s transformation to digital ways of working and deploying technology solutions to automate processes. The VP, Wealth Program Manager will also implement a robust change management program that will be employed during projects to drive strong adoptions of new ways of working along with a post project health process to ensure that change has been successfully adopted and benefits are realized.
