About The Position

The Vice President of Program Management will architect, launch, and scale Ivím Health’s portfolio of clinical and wellness programs, including women’s hormone optimization, men’s health, longevity and health span initiatives, and future care offerings. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this executive leader will own end-to-end program lifecycle management, ensuring every new program is clinically sound, operationally scalable, patient-centered, and aligned with Ivím’s long-term innovation and growth strategy. Serving as a cross-functional integrator, the VP of Program Management will partner closely with Clinical, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Patient Experience, Legal, and Operations to translate innovation into seamless, high-quality patient experiences. This is a highly strategic role for a systems thinker who excels at building structure without slowing momentum and who understands that exceptional programs are defined not just by what we launch, but by how patients experience them over time.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in program management, product operations, healthcare operations, or strategy
  • Proven experience launching and scaling complex healthcare or wellness programs

Responsibilities

  • OwnIvím’sfull program portfolio across clinical, wellness, and emerging health initiatives
  • Define program success metrics, patient outcomes, and operational readiness standards
  • Build andmaintainmulti-year program roadmaps aligned with company growth and innovation strategy
  • Own the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new program ideas across the organization
  • Establish clear criteria to assess clinical value, patient impact, operational complexity, regulatory risk, and revenue potential
  • Partner with the Chief Innovation Officer to balance near-term launches with longer-term innovation investments
  • Lead end-to-end development ofnew programsfrom concept through launch and scale
  • Partner with Clinical to define protocols, eligibility, safety standards, and care pathways
  • Ensure programs are operationallyviable, compliant, and scalable prior to launch
  • Champion the patient experience across all programs, from intake through long-term engagement
  • Partner with Patient Experience and Product teams to design frictionless, intuitive patient journeys
  • Translate patient feedback into program improvements and enhancements
  • Directly manage and develop Product Managers aligned to new program innovation
  • Establish standards for product discovery, documentation,roadmapping, and launch readiness
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Product Managers, Engineering, Clinical, and Patient Experience teams
  • Coach Product Managers to balance speed, rigor, and patient-centered decision-making

  • Establish standardized frameworks for launching, managing, and iterating programs

  • Ensure programs can scale without degrading patient experience or clinical quality
  • Monitor emerging trends in telehealth, GLP-1 therapy, hormone optimization, longevity, and personalized care
  • Assess competitive offerings andidentifyopportunities for differentiation
  • Partner with Marketing and Clinical leaders to translate market insights into new program concepts
  • Define KPIs for program adoption, retention, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
  • Build dashboards and reporting to inform leadership and investment decisions
  • Partner with Finance to understand program-level unit economics and sustainability
  • Continuouslyoptimizeprograms based on data, outcomes, and patient insight
  • Build and lead a high-performing program management organization over time
  • Establish clear operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and accountability
  • Mentor leaders across program, product, and operational functions
