We are seeking an experienced, client-facing Vice President to join our Software & Technology Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) team. As a senior member of the practice, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent engagements, leading deal teams, and serving as a key point of contact for clients and target company executives. In particular, you will play a critical role in supporting private equity clients investing in founder-led and growth-stage software and technology businesses. You’ll be expected to bring both technical excellence and a strong commercial mindset—delivering quality insights while helping to strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
