The Vice President of Total Rewards will serve as the organization’s leader in Compensation, Benefits, Leave Administration , Rewards & Recognition, and Wellness, the VP Total Rewards partners with senior leadership across CHSPSC to develop strategic plans for designing, implementing and managing the organization's Total Rewards Program. This role will align rewards with business goals while ensuring the programs are competitive, compliant, and fiscally responsible while supporting the organization's ability to attract, retain, and motivate. The VP Total Rewards will perform ongoing analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and provide recommendations to maintain an a strong Total Rewards Program. This position will be full time in office located in Franklin, TN.
