Responsibilities

  • Full revenue and contribution margin accountability for the ticketing and brokerage division
  • Own the financial model, forecast, and weekly operating metrics

  • Design and evolve the bundle portfolio - Zone 1, Zone 2, A15 Pass, and city-wide combinations
  • Work collaboratively with experience owners and the President on bundle pricing - this VP shapes strategy and brings data, not unilateral control
  • Identify new bundle opportunities that increase conversion and revenue per visitor
  • Ensure bundle architecture is simple enough to sell and compelling enough to convert
  • Own and grow all channels through which AREA15 tickets, passes, and bundles are sold: AREA15.com, on-property, hotel concierge, OTA and affiliate partners, group and corporate
  • The hotel and resort concierge network is the highest-volume referral channel in Las Vegas and a primary growth target
  • Develop the corporate and group sales channel - conventions, incentive groups, and entertainment buyers are an underserved, high-margin segment
  • Manage all distribution partner agreements - ensure channel economics are sound and transaction ownership stays with AREA15
  • Activate and structure the existing portfolio of 15-20 Las Vegas experience partner relationships
  • Ensure every partner agreement routes transactions through the AREA15 platform - data ownership is non-negotiable
  • Build partner success processes: onboarding, performance tracking, and commercial optimization
  • Identify new brokerage opportunities as the city-wide platform scales
  • Hire and lead a lean, high-performance team across channel sales, partner success, analytics, and operations
  • Build a culture of commercial accountability - every role has a number and owns it
  • Embrace technology and AI tools to extend team output - the goal is a small team with outsized results
  • Work closely with the CTO's team as the commercial client for all platform and technology decisions
  • Use data to make decisions - conversion rates, channel performance, attach rates, revenue per visitor. If it can be measured, it should be tracked.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Experience OS data infrastructure to build the analytics layer this division needs
  • Embrace AI and technology tools to improve efficiency, forecasting, and commercial outcomes - not as a future initiative, but as a present operating mindset
  • Ensure every transaction flows through the AREA15 platform so guest data is captured and owned
  • Respond to time sensitive matters.
  • Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
  • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
  • Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
