Job Description Ares Management is seeking an experienced and collaborative Vice President Enterprise Talent Development Process Lead to join our highly dynamic Human Resources team that is constantly innovating and striving to positively impact the people of Ares. In this newly created role, the Enterprise Talent Process Lead will be a strategic visionary and hands on leader, serving as the expert in all enterprise talent processes for the firm. This individual will be responsible for designing, building, and executing a best-in-class, globally integrated talent process strategy, leveraging industry-leading practices to assess, develop, and elevate our employees. This role will take on primary ownership for the following processes and capabilities: Performance Management, including, Goal Setting, Mid-Year Reviews and Year-End Reviews (including 360-degree assessments) Talent Assessment Promotion Criteria and Processes Succession Planning Engagement Survey Management The person in this role will also be responsible for the establishment of additional new talent processes as required by the organization.
