The Vice President, Strategy and Growth for the Orange County campuses and the Medical Foundation is the senior leader responsible for shaping, aligning, and advancing the strategic direction, growth priorities, and performance agenda across both the hospital campuses and the MemorialCare Medical Foundation. This role serves two core purposes. Campus Strategy Leader\: Acts as the on-site strategic owner for OCMC and Saddleback, translating system priorities into focused, local plans that drive market share, financial strength, and clinical excellence. Medical Foundation Strategy Leader\: Owns the long-term strategic plan for the Medical Foundation including physician alignment, practice integration, clinical program development, and performance improvement. The position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and works closely with, hospital presidents, Medical Foundation executives, and the Business Development team to ensure unified growth, disciplined execution, and full alignment between physician enterprise strategy and hospital campus goals.
