As the Vice President, Strategic Support reporting to the EVP, Consumer & Business Solutions, this position leads and influences key management processes and change initiatives, facilitating positing change across the core member-facing functions and business of the organization. By working closely with business leaders and key partners, this role ensures the alignment, coordination and integration of each line of business strategies, priorities, and resources within the division. The position is responsible for supporting key activities including driving change management, developing strategies to improve revenue and member growth, developing business cases to support strategies, driving clear and concise division communications, operational risk management, and strategic and annual planning. This role is accountable not only for coordinating strategy, but for creating it – taking the pen, shaping the narrative, and driving the strategic agenda forward.
