Federal Realty is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to collaborate with advertising agencies and direct clients to sell out-of-home solutions across our portfolio of 100+ retail shopping centers. This role focuses on driving revenue by delivering strategic solutions for brands leveraging our assets, including static and digital out-of-home media, events, and sponsorships on a national scale. You will work closely with agency media buyers and planners to understand their clients’ unique needs and develop engaging programs that deliver measurable results. This is a great opportunity to build new relationships with agencies and clients while generating incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in a sales capacity; Digital & static, out-of-home media sales and sponsorships preferred
  • Deep understanding of the media and creative agency landscape
  • Strong communicator and ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Excellent presentation, communication and collaboration skills
  • 25% travel required

Responsibilities

  • Lead scaled integrated marketing programs and activations for agency and marketing partners
  • Build and maintain your book of business and drive adoption of our integrated ad solutions to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Experience managing forecasts and achieving goals
  • Identify media agency prospects and new client direct prospects and create customized media programs
  • Respond to RFPs
  • Build sales decks and custom proposals
  • Develop long-term, strategic relationships with media buying/planning agencies as well as client direct
  • Attend conferences for participate in other B2B initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned
