Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
  • 10+ years sales leadership experience leading an account team as a vendor to the life sciences industry
  • 7+ years of experience as a manager of managers, with responsibility for developing leadership talent and driving performance across multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive segment sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Own global strategic accounts sales targets .
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and industry leaders.
  • Inspire and lead a large team of senior sales leaders and managers across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent Clarivate at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership.
