Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions, within Public Investing, manages more than
$1.8 trillion in assets for a variety of clients, including private wealth
mandates and institutional clients such as insurance companies, pension funds,
and endowments. As part of the Fixed Income technology team, you will be
responsible for the development of the Portfolio Construction platform.
Portfolio Construction platform spans across many components such as Order
orchestration, Order lifecycle management, Portfolio Risk Management and
Trading. Portfolio construction platform provides necessary automation and scale
to the FI business which enables them to manage 60K+ client portfolios. In this
role, you will be directly interface with Portfolio Managers and Traders,
involved in requirement gathering to development and roll out of new features.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or related Engineering Field
• 5+ years of Java/Scala development and other programming languages with experience in Object Oriented Analysis, Design and testing best practices
• Experience in building scalable, highly concurrent and distributed systems (AWS cloud technologies is a plus).
• Knowledge in one or more SQL and No SQL databases
• Experience with messaging platforms ( Kafka, RabbitMQ )
• Experience with CoPilot / Claude Code is a plus
• Self-motivated with an analytical mindset who can multi-task to solve interesting and difficult technical problems under time pressure and resource constraints
• Experience with all stages of the development lifecycle: analysis, design, review, testing, and deployment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong background in DSA
• A background in data intensive applications and batch processes frameworks.
• Experience in AWS Cloud technologies.
• Comfortable working in a highly dynamic and rapid development
• Technologies & Tools: Java/Scala, Angular / React, Gitlab, MongoDb, Distributed Caching
