About The Position

KnowFully Learning Group is seeking a strategic and systems-driven Vice President of Enterprise Sales to lead the development and execution of a unified sales strategy across our healthcare education businesses. Reporting directly to the EVP of KnowFully Healthcare Education, this role will consolidate multiple sales teams under one accountable structure and build the commercial foundation needed for scalable growth. This leader will be responsible for designing and managing a high-performing sales operating model, driving CRM adoption (HubSpot), setting performance standards, and delivering predictable results across a diverse set of customers, including higher education institutions, government agencies, retail pharmacies, and hospital systems. The VP of Enterprise Sales will be a core member of the KnowFully Healthcare (KHC) leadership team, expected to contribute actively to cross-functional decision-making, provide feedback on product-market fit, and help shape strategy at the organizational level. This role will also play a critical part in driving revenue growth and scaling the sales team as performance and opportunity expand. Occasional travel may be required, though the role is primarily remote.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or rebuilding a sales function across multiple products or brands.
  • Strong command of sales metrics, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Clear communication, change leadership, and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, resistance, and organizational change.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and accountability discipline.
  • 10+ years in B2B sales leadership roles, including 5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent position.
  • Experience leading multi-brand sales organizations and complex sales motions.

  • Familiarity with the healthcare, education, or public sector markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a consolidated team of sales representatives across multiple brands.
  • Coach and hold team members accountable to consistent performance metrics.
  • Partner closely with business unit leaders and marketing to align sales strategy with brand goals and customer needs.
  • Design and implement a scalable, repeatable sales operating system across all brands.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline development, and sales performance reporting.
  • Establish and enforce CRM standards, ensuring complete, accurate, and actionable data in HubSpot.
  • Define pricing and discounting frameworks with clear guardrails and approval processes.
  • Set and maintain a weekly sales cadence (pipeline reviews, forecast updates, coaching).
  • Diagnose sales performance issues using KPIs and implement structured improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand brand-specific nuances and ensure aligned execution across the portfolio.
  • Drive measurable revenue growth across business units, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and open new markets.
  • Plan for and lead the strategic growth of the sales team in line with company performance and business needs.
  • Communicate sales performance, strategic insights, and market feedback clearly and effectively to executive leadership.
  • Serve as a core member of the KHC leadership team, contributing to cross-functional strategy, product-market fit discussions, and broader organizational planning.
