As Vice President, Sales Excellence, you are the driving force behind sales effectiveness, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the Partner Revenue organization. You champion the optimization of sales processes, coordinate high-impact training and coaching programs, and implement data-driven strategies to elevate sales engagement, performance, and customer experiences. Directly and through partnership with staff, you manage and coordinate the operational activities for assigned functional area(s)/region(s). You ensure quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers. You lead high-performance teams of both entry-level and skilled professionals by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, measuring progress, recognizing success, and building accountability. You oversee adherence to corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations within your area of responsibility. You participate in reviewing and improving operational systems and procedures relevant to your assigned units.
