Responsibilities

• Manage cross-divisional, cross-product, and firm-wide initiatives for the U.S. Banks.
• Create initial program/resource plans and governance for identified initiatives.
• Track project progress, including issues, risks, schedules, and performance against established milestones.
• Document and track change control activities and tasks for multiple programs.
• Host governance forums and assist in action item tracking, project plans, and meeting documentation.
• Develop an effective network of relationships across the Banks and influence collaboration among stakeholders.
