About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Product in United States. This is a senior leadership role driving the end-to-end product vision across a diverse consumer commerce ecosystem. The VP of Product will lead product strategy, roadmap, and design, spanning mobile, web, loyalty platforms, and AI-powered experiences. You will oversee a high-performing Product and UX team, translating business objectives into user-focused solutions that scale to millions of consumers. The role requires collaboration across Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful initiatives that optimize engagement, retention, and monetization. This position is ideal for an experienced product leader with a strong understanding of AI-driven consumer experiences, e-commerce, and loyalty platforms, who thrives in fast-moving, transformational environments.

Requirements

12+ years of product experience, including 7+ years leading senior product teams
Proven experience managing complex consumer-facing product ecosystems across mobile, web, and platform
Demonstrated success overseeing Product Design / UX teams with expertise in usability, shopper behavior, and trust-first experiences
Experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven products, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation
Strong strategic judgment, analytical skills, and executive presence
Background in e-commerce, loyalty, fintech, marketplaces, or consumer platforms with millions of users
Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of inspiring teams and collaborating with executive leadership
Ability to operate in transformational, fast-paced environments while maintaining focus on measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

Define and execute multi-year product strategy and roadmap across consumer commerce and loyalty platforms
Lead integration of AI-powered personalization, discovery, pricing, and loyalty experiences across app, extension, and web
Build and scale a high-performing Product Management organization, directly managing Product Design (UX) teams
Establish product-design operating rhythms emphasizing speed, experimentation, clarity, and quality
Translate company growth goals into actionable product initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable success metrics
Drive product-led outcomes including user engagement, retention, conversion, and monetization efficiency
Partner with Engineering, Data, and executive leadership to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives
