About The Position

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again". We are looking for a VP, Product to oversee a team of Product Managers, guiding them to deliver innovative, consumer-grade digital experiences that create measurable value for patients, clinical staff, and the business. This role requires a proven ability to balance strategic portfolio leadership with hands-on execution, bringing clarity to complexity and turning ideas into impactful solutions. Requirements

15+ years of product management experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role
You thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments and know how to bring clarity through systems and communication.
You’ve applied AI or ML for leveraging data, automation, or predictive insights to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, or decision-making.
Substantial technical depth to engage meaningfully with engineering and data science teams.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort using data to drive decisions.
Deep understanding of where and how AI adds value as a product differentiator.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated familiarity with clinical system and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, C-CDA), balancing speed, security, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Execution
Champion product discovery, ensuring usability, feasibility, and business viability.
Own performance measurement, using data and insights to demonstrate product value and impact.
Design a scalable product operating system and roadmap cadences to decision frameworks and release processes.
Define product vision and strategy across patient- and clinician-facing applications.
Translate organizational objectives into clear, measurable roadmaps and OKRs.
Establish product vision grounded in a deep understanding of patient journeys and outcomes, clinical workflows and care coordination, and clinical results reporting
Build & Inspire Teams
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers that’s empowered, aligned, and equipped to execute against the company's strategic priorities and in collaboration with other teams autonomously.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Encourage experimentation and the use of emerging technologies (AI, personalization, mobile-first design).
Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with engineering & AI, design, research, clinical, and business partners to shape product solutions.
Partner with the executive team to align product investment with company growth plans and financial targets.
Influence and align senior leaders on strategic direction and product priorities.

The base salary for this role ranges from $260,000-$290,000 in local currency, depending upon experience and geographic location
