About The Position

SuperDial is building the next generation of AI-powered voice technology, automating and enhancing enterprise communication through real-time conversation intelligence and data-driven automation. The company recently raised $15 million in Series A funding (including ~$3 million in venture debt) led by SignalFire, with participation from Slow Ventures, BoxGroup, and Scrub Capital, bringing total funding to $20 million+. Backed by top-tier investors and entering its next growth phase, SuperDial is scaling rapidly and preparing for Series B. The Role: As VP of Product, you will own SuperDial’s product vision, roadmap, and execution end-to-end. This is a deeply hands-on, technical leadership role. You will work closely with the CEO, Engineering, Design, GTM, and customers to translate real-world healthcare and RCM workflows into scalable, high-impact product. This is not a “strategy-only” product role. You are expected to be close to the code, comfortable reviewing PRs, writing production-quality code when needed, and making real technical tradeoff decisions alongside engineering leadership. What You’ll Do (Immediate & Long-Term): First 30–60 days: Ramp quickly on SuperDial’s product surface area, architecture, and customer use cases; audit the current roadmap, backlog, and technical constraints; build deep relationships with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success; join customer calls to understand workflows and pain points; identify quick wins to improve velocity, usability, or reliability. 90–120 days: Own and refine the product roadmap tied to company OKRs and revenue goals; establish clear product discovery and delivery rhythms; improve prioritization and execution quality; begin directly contributing to code, reviews, or prototypes where it adds leverage; ensure product decisions are grounded in real system constraints. 6 months: Drive consistent, high-quality product delivery across teams; partner with GTM on packaging, pricing, and enterprise readiness; deepen healthcare and RCM domain expertise; improve onboarding, retention, and expansion through product-led improvements; begin scaling product processes without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. Year 1: Build and lead a high-performing product organization (PMs, design, product ops); institutionalize strong product judgment, speed, and ownership; ship meaningful platform and AI-driven capabilities; position the product org and roadmap to support Series B growth and beyond. Why This Role Is Important to Our Growth: Product-Led Scale: You will directly shape the product that drives revenue, retention, and expansion in a complex, regulated market. Technical Product Leadership: SuperDial needs a product leader who understands systems deeply and can make informed tradeoffs at speed. Category Definition: You will help define what best-in-class enterprise voice AI looks like in healthcare and beyond. Why Join Us: Shape a mission-critical product in a massive, broken market Real ownership, influence, and accountability Join a team of builders in a fast-moving, high-impact environment Fast-growing, category-defining company Opportunity to build from the ground floor through Series B and beyond Who We Are: SuperDial is transforming AI in healthcare by building scalable, AI-powered solutions that optimize revenue cycle management. Join us and help shape the future of AI in healthcare. Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $280,000–$300,000, depending on experience, technical depth, and scope of ownership. We also offer meaningful equity, bonus potential, and a competitive benefits package as part of total compensation. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications.
