The Vice President, Product & Technology Delivery will serve as a senior technology executive responsible for end-to-end product strategy execution and delivery across core insurance platforms. Scope of responsibility may include one or more lines of business (e.g., Commercial, Personal) and/or enterprise Shared Services domains, depending on candidate experience. This leader will ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution, delivering predictable outcomes while advancing modernization and platform maturity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within P&C insurance or adjacent financial services
  • Experience leading large-scale product portfolios and complex delivery organizations
  • Demonstrated success aligning business strategy to technology roadmaps
  • Strong financial acumen managing multi-million-dollar budgets
  • Executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite and board levels
  • Track record of building high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Translate enterprise strategy into multi-year technology roadmaps
  • Partner closely with business executives to prioritize capabilities and sequence investments
  • Balance operational stability with growth and modernization initiatives
  • Modernize and transform our customers' digital experiences.
  • Own delivery outcomes being driven by a team of technology product directors (scope, schedule, quality, value realization)
  • Improve predictability and transparency of technology commitments
  • Manage portfolio budgets across run, grow, and modernize initiatives
  • Optimize resource allocation with strategic partners
  • Drive measurable ROI from technology investments
  • Lead product and delivery directors aligned to business domains and/or Shared Services
  • Establish relationships and collaboration with senior leadership across the entire organization.
