Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Lead execution of workflow‑driven strategic initiatives, supporting innovation, efficiency, and operating model enhancements across sales and servicing businesses for the Wholesale Business Serve as an execution partner to CIB/CB leadership, translating business strategy into actionable delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes Coordinate across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure initiatives are well‑governed and execution‑ready Identify and resolve execution risks, dependency conflicts, and sequencing challenges across multiple business initiatives Support business cases, intake, prioritization, and delivery tracking for innovation initiatives Develop executive‑ready materials, status reporting, and decision support for senior leadership Apply Agile and enterprise delivery practices to ensure consistent execution and transparency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to work on-site in accordance with current office requirements
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
