As a Strategy Vice President on the Personalization & Insights (P&I) team, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you bring strategic insight, structured problem-solving, and strong communication to help ensure the success of our product offerings. You will help lead project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company. As a Vice President Product Manager in Personalization & Insights (P&I), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. In parallel, you support strategic planning and execution to translate insights into roadmap decisions and measurable outcomes. In this role, you will support strategic planning and execution for initiatives like our Build In program, partner with cross-functional leaders, and help scale innovation in personalization, customer intelligence, and emerging AI/LLM applications.
