Job Description Role Overview The Vice President of CXM Product Management will define and drive the strategic direction of Quadient’s Customer Communications and Experience Management portfolio, including the Inspire platform. Reporting to the SVP of Product & R&D, this executive leader owns the product vision, strategic planning, multi‑year roadmap, product marketing, pre-sales enablement, and product delivery outcomes that shape the future of enterprise communications. This role sits at the intersection of market insight, customer needs, and engineering execution. The VP will lead a global product management organization consisting of product managers, product marketing managers, and a strategic initiative team guiding pre-sales success, and will partner closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to accelerate SaaS adoption, advance AI‑enabled capabilities, and strengthen Quadient’s leadership position in the CCM and CXM markets.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of product management experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • 7+ years leading and developing product management organizations.
  • Deep expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM), Customer Experience Management (CXM), enterprise content platforms, or adjacent domains.
  • Proven experience delivering complex platform products and driving cloud or SaaS transformation.
  • Strong technical fluency with enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, and platform strategy.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

  • Experience working with regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, or government environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the long‑term product vision for Quadient’s CXM platform and Inspire suite.
  • Lead the strategic planning process to turn the CXM product vision into a defined multi-year product strategy and roadmap, aligned with Quadient Digital’s platform evolution.
  • Lead the transition toward a cloud‑native, AI-enabled, API‑first CXM platform supporting enterprise scale.
  • Translate emerging market trends — including AI‑driven content generation, journey orchestration, and omnichannel engagement — into differentiated platform capabilities.
  • Represent Quadient’s product vision with strategic customers, partners, analysts, and industry forums.
  • Monitor competitive dynamics across the CCM/CXM landscape and position Quadient for sustained market leadership.
  • Play a leadership role in M&A and integration activities related to CXM.
  • Own product P&L, with accountability for the financial outcomes of the portfolio.
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global team of product managers, product marketing managers, and a strategic initiative lead - responsible for platform capabilities, integrations, solution innovation, marketing and enablement.
  • Partner closely with R&D leadership to ensure alignment between product strategy and engineering execution, delivering predictable and high‑quality roadmap outcomes.
  • Drive platform modernization initiatives including extensible APIs, and AI‑enabled workflow capabilities.
  • Establish product management best practices across discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery governance.
  • Ensure customer feedback, usage insights, and market intelligence inform product decisions.
  • Contribute to company growth objectives through product innovation that drives ARR expansion and improved net revenue retention.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver clear product positioning, field enablement, and strong customer outcomes.
  • Support enterprise sales engagements, strategic accounts, thought leadership activities, and major RFP processes.
  • Strengthen Quadient’s presence in analyst evaluations and market reports across the CCM and CXM categories.
