As VP of Product and Data reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll architect and launch industry-leading B2B and B2C platforms from concept to scale, establishing our competitive moat through innovative technology solutions. What You'll Own Launch & Scale: Drive concept-to-market execution of breakthrough B2B/B2C loyalty and customer experience platforms Data-Driven Innovation: Transform our Snowflake infrastructure into a competitive weapon, turning insights into market advantages AI Leadership: Champion and implement high-ROI AI/ML solutions that redefine customer engagement in skincare Strategic Architecture: Expand our Salesforce ecosystem while building net-new custom applications that set industry standards Team Transformation: Manage global third-party delivery partners today while architecting the transition to a world-class in-house team Executive Partnership: Collaborate with C-suite peers across Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align product vision with business strategy What You Bring Proven Leadership: VP or Senior Director experience building and scaling B2C products from MVP to market leadership Technical Excellence: Deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem and/or building scalable, enterprise-grade products Data Mastery: Track record of leveraging data platforms (Snowflake preferred) to drive competitive advantage Vendor Leadership: Demonstrated success managing lean internal teams while orchestrating global third-party partners AI Vision: Genuine enthusiasm and practical experience implementing AI/ML solutions with measurable ROI Startup Agility: Experience in high-growth environments, comfortable building from scratch Industry Plus: Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience valuable but not required Success in Year One Launch and drive adoption of industry-leading B2B/B2C platforms that establish Revance as the innovation leader in skincare technology.
