Vice President (2) Payment Integrity - Innovations & Solutions
About The Position
VP, Solutions & Innovation is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for driving solution innovation, enterprise platform strategy, and client-centric transformation initiatives for EXL’s Payment Integrity (PI) Strategic Growth Unit. This role will focus on identifying emerging opportunities across the healthcare ecosystem and translating them into scalable enterprise solutions that leverage advanced analytics, AI, automation, and data platforms. The leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology-enabled healthcare solutions by designing differentiated offerings that address complex industry challenges. As a key driver of innovation and growth, this role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to incubate new solution concepts, develop enterprise platforms, and accelerate the commercialization of next-generation capabilities. The role will also serve as a senior client-facing leader, engaging with executive stakeholders to articulate solution value propositions, support strategic pursuits, and build long-term partnerships. With a strong focus on solution architecture, enterprise system design, and growth acceleration, this leader will oversee the development of scalable offerings that enhance operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision making, and deliver measurable value to clients. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with strong industry expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into innovative and scalable solutions. This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Payment Integrity.
