Position Overview Blue Yonder Defense Solutions is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Partnerships to lead and scale our global partner ecosystem. This executive will define and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy that accelerates revenue growth, expands market reach, and strengthens our position across key industries. As a member of the leadership team, the VP of Partnerships will oversee all aspects of the partner function—including strategic alliances, system integrators, cloud providers, resellers, and channel partners. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and commercial acumen to transform partnerships into a primary growth engine for the business. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who understands how to build high-impact partner ecosystems, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, enterprise software environment.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or go-to-market leadership within enterprise software or SaaS
  • 5+ years of executive leadership experience with ownership of revenue targets
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth
  • Deep experience working with global system integrators, cloud hyperscalers, ISVs, and channel partners
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex partnership agreements and joint ventures
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at the C-level
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging CRM, partner platforms, and analytics to inform decisions
  • You excel at translating partnerships into scalable, repeatable growth engines
  • You bring both strategic vision and operational discipline
  • You thrive in high-growth, transformation-oriented environments

Responsibilities

  • Partnerships Strategy & Growth Define and execute a global partnerships strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify, recruit, and develop strategic partners across key segments, including technology alliances, global system integrators, cloud providers, and channel partners
  • Establish joint business plans and long-term growth strategies with top-tier partners
  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets
  • Build scalable programs that drive pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and customer expansion through partners
  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on account strategies and co-sell motions
  • Ecosystem Development & Innovation Design and evolve the partner ecosystem to support new markets, products, and verticals
  • Develop differentiated partner value propositions and monetization strategies
  • Drive innovation through strategic alliances, integrations, and joint solutions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution of partner initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing to drive joint go-to-market strategies, co-branding, and demand generation programs
  • Influence product and roadmap decisions based on partner and market insights
  • Operational Excellence Establish scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, performance management, and governance
  • Oversee partner programs, incentives, and MDF investments to maximize ROI
  • Implement data-driven processes to track performance, forecast revenue, and optimize partner contributions
  • Team Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global partnerships organization
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop leadership bench strength and succession planning within the team
