The Vice President, Organizational Development position is the forward facing liaison for the IDD Division, interfacing and collaborating with various enterprise departments and operational oversight of growth areas. This is the primary point of contact for the Division, facilitating communication and collaboration with multiple departments. This position tracks and reports on the progress of initiatives and projects involving the IDD Division. Forward facing liaison responsibilities with the Business Development, Finance and HR/Compensation departments.
