The Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is a senior HR leader responsible for designing and executing enterprise-wide organizational strategies that drive business performance through greater efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability. This role provides global leadership across organizational design, change management, and ways of working, ensuring alignment across multiple transformation and operating model initiatives. This is a pragmatic, hands-on leadership role suited for someone who has led large-scale organizational transformations within complex, global organizations. The role will establish and lead the company’s strategic approach to organizational effectiveness, including frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies, while ensuring coordinated execution of critical initiatives in partnership with senior business and HR leaders.
