About The Position

As the Vice President, Operations at OnLogic, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our global operations, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality. You will drive efficiency, improve processes, and ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving our continued growth and success. The team you will be joining: Our Operations team is responsible for building, testing, packaging and shipping OnLogic technology around the world. Their tireless attention to detail, and commitment to quality lets us boast about how reliable and configurable our systems are. Members of the Operations team cross-train on multiple disciplines to provide us with unparalleled staffing flexibility and the capability to react to any production demand. Roles on the Operations team include computer production, hardware testing, fulfillment services, supply chain management, product and process quality, production engineering, and technical support. Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience leading Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in driving process improvement and operational excellence
  • 5 years in a global VP role
  • Bachelor of Science degree preferred, other degrees and commensurate experience considered
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Directing and supervising the Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality departments of our Global Operations team.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Optimizing our Global Supply Chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality management and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Creating and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Staying current with industry trends and advancements in operations management.
