About The Position

As the Vice President of Technology, you will define and lead the technology vision that powers ChildCareGroup’s mission. This role goes far beyond managing systems—you will guide data strategy, strengthen cybersecurity, modernize infrastructure, and ensure that technology investments support long-term organizational sustainability. Your leadership will shape how teams access data, how programs operate, and how the organization protects sensitive information while preparing for future innovation.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and extensive leadership experience overseeing technology strategy, data architecture, and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and business intelligence or analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into solutions that support program, finance, and organizational needs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a forward‑thinking technology strategy that modernizes systems, strengthens data and security foundations, and ensures technology effectively supportsChildCareGroup’smission.
• Build and deepen cross‑functional partnerships by translating organizational, programmatic, and financial needs into scalable, secure, and user‑friendly technology solutions.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to guide enterprise technology investment, equipping decision‑makers with insights, tools, and recommendations that strengthen long‑term sustainability.
• Oversee and align all technology functions—including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data platforms, and vendor services—to ensure coordinated operations, strong controls, and reliable performance.
• Strengthen technology infrastructure by improving data governance, enhancing cybersecurity posture, managing system integrations, and fostering a collaborative, service‑driven culture across the technology team.
