About The Position

Keller Logistics Group is a growing 3PL and supply chain solutions provider. We use technology to improve operations, enhance customer experience, and support business growth. We’re looking for a Vice President of Technology to lead our IT, software development, and data initiatives. This role will guide digital projects, oversee logistics systems, and deliver tools that improve customer experience. Located at 1978 Thomas E. Keller Blvd., Defiance, OH 43512. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).
  • 8+ years in IT or software leadership with multi-discipline team management.
  • Experience in logistics, 3PL, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI, mobile development, APIs, and modern cloud/data practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation projects to improve service delivery, scalability, systems integration. and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate and prioritize technology investments and capital budgets across systems, infrastructure, and products.
  • Serve as the primary tech advisor to executive leadership, translating business goals into scalable solutions.
  • Oversee customer-facing tools (portals, APIs, dashboards, mobile platforms).
  • Manage logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and ensure smooth integration.
  • Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary technology team.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and technology partnerships.
