SUMMARY The Vice President of Staff Training & Development provides executive leadership for all staff training, professional development, and learning initiatives across ADAPT Community Network. This role designs and leads a comprehensive, agency network-wide learning strategy that enhances workforce performance, supports retention and career growth, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of continuous learning through innovative, scalable, and high-quality training experiences aligned with ADAPT’s mission and operational goals.
