The Vice President of Sales is responsible for driving new business growth across North Carolina and South Carolina while developing the strategy and infrastructure needed to scale a high-performing sales organization. This role combines hands-on selling, relationship building, strategic leadership, and team development. The VP of Sales will personally lead new client acquisition while also building the systems, pipeline generation strategies, and future territory sales team that will support the company’s long-term growth. This position is a member of the Leadership Team, collaborating closely with the CEO and other executives to align sales growth with operational capacity and strategic priorities.
