About The Position

We are a rapidly growing remote care management organization transforming how healthcare providers connect with and support patients. We deliver innovative programs, technology, and partnerships that improve outcomes while driving efficiency for our clients. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth, expand market share, and develop strategic partnerships across key national and regional healthcare accounts. This role drives the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract close—and works closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure client success. You will also provide leadership to our Inside Sales Team, ensuring strong pipeline development and professional growth opportunities for team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of proven success in healthcare sales, with national account experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and track record building high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with deep knowledge of market trends and competitive landscapes.
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales technologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Reliable and stable Internet for taking professional calls and video conferencing.
  • A quiet and professional work environment suitable for speaking with customers and staff about sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Inside Sales to ensure consistent lead generation and pipeline quality.
