The Vice President of Sales (VPS) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations across multiple communities. The VPS will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve census goals, drive revenue growth, and create a strong sales culture. This position requires close collaboration with the Vice President of Marketing, Regional Directors of Sales and Marketing (RDSMs), the CSMO, and other senior executives to ensure alignment with business objectives and market trends. The Vice President of Sales reports directly to the CSMO.
