The Vice President of Sales will oversee Deschutes Brewery's sales team and distributor network. This position is responsible for delivering on the company's sales goals through effective business planning, team leadership, distributor execution, national accounts execution, customer relationship management and budget management. The VP of Sales is responsible for delivering results and managing the overall performance of the sales and national accounts team. Preference will be given to those currently residing in Bend, OR, or who are willing to relocate.
