Position Summary Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of People & Culture will serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor across all departments - Homeowner Services, Construction, Community Engagement, ReStore, and Finance. This individual will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive human resource strategies that foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. The VP will oversee all aspects of human resources including people strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, compliance, risk management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. This role requires a thoughtful and proactive leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring the best people practices that foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and excellence.
