About The Position

DelRicht Research is hiring a Vice President, People & Culture to lead, evolve, and scale our People function in support of DelRicht’s continued expansion and long-term success. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Team and Department Heads, shaping how DelRicht hires, develops, and retains top talent across our national footprint. This is a builder-operator role for a People leader who thrives in growth environments — someone who can design systems, elevate leaders, and translate business strategy into a scalable People roadmap. Talent acquisition will remain a central pillar of this role, alongside leadership development, performance management, and cultural stewardship. Who We Are DelRicht Research is a fast-growing clinical research organization dedicated to moving medicine forward through increased patient participation in clinical trials. We partner with community physicians to bring high-quality research opportunities to patients while supporting pharmaceutical companies in generating the data required for FDA approval. Today, DelRicht operates 33 research sites across 18 states, with new locations opening regularly as we continue to scale nationally. Headquartered in New Orleans and recognized as one of the city’s Top Workplaces for three consecutive years (2023–2025), DelRicht Research is a founder-led, privately funded organization focused on long-term value creation through high standards, operational excellence, and a strong culture as we scale nationally. Our corporate team plays a critical role in our success — designing the systems, processes, and talent infrastructure that enable our clinics and teams to perform at a high level as we grow. Please Note (Important Position-Specific Information) Location: New Orleans is our headquarters and the preferred home base for this role. However, we are open to remote candidates for the right leader, with light, intentional travel to headquarters and research sites.
